By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Suthar Samanvaya mobile application or website (collectively referred to as the "Platform"), you express your absolute consent, agreement, and binding acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with any provision of these terms, you are directed to immediately cease accessing the Platform, uninstall our mobile application, and delete your profile. Your continued usage denotes your compliance with all current and subsequent updates of these Platform policies.

Suthar Samanvaya is a niche, dedicated matrimonial search service catering strictly to adults of the Suthar community. To establish an account on the Platform, you must fulfill the following criteria:

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age (for females) or 21 years of age (for males) to create a profile or share biodata. Creating profiles for minors is strictly prohibited.
• Marital Status: You must be legally eligible to marry under the governing laws of your country of residence (single, legally divorced, or widowed).
• Community Identity: You must genuinely belong to the Suthar community, as the Platform does not support general or cross-community matchmaking.

As a registered member of Suthar Samanvaya, you acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for all actions taken under your account:

• Accuracy: You must provide truthful, complete, and updated details about your personal, educational, professional, and family parameters.
• Information Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your authentication details (Google Account Sign-In, Firebase session keys).
• Sharing Risks: Any biodata files, contact phone numbers, social handles, or personal addresses shared through chat windows or PDF exports are done so at your own risk.

To ensure the safety of our community, our admin desk reviews and verifies profiles manually:

• Genuine Documentation: Users may be asked to upload community credentials or government IDs for verification. These documents are handled in absolute privacy and are deleted instantly post-verification.
• No Fake Profiles: Registering using someone else's credentials, representing fictional personas, or entering false Gotra names (Self Gotra/Mother's Gotra) is subject to a permanent hardware-level ban.

Matrimonial matchmaking is built on mutual respect, honor, and community integrity. To interact on Suthar Samanvaya, you must:

• Engage respectfully with prospective partners and their families.
• Refrain from using profane language, verbal threats, extortion, or any form of intimidation.
• Refrain from contacting matched users who have explicitly stated they are not interested. Repeated attempts will trigger automatic safety blocks.

By setting up an account, you consent to our database and auth mechanics designed to host profile data, facilitate chats, and send push notifications:

• Google Sign-In: We use Google Sign-In to handle secure logins. We only fetch your verified email and base name during signup.
• Firebase Services: Our databases and security layers are built on Firebase. Your profile information, chat communications, and uploaded photos are stored securely using Firebase Realtime Database/Firestore and Firebase Storage.
• Biodata Generation: Our platform features a custom matrimonial biodata builder. You consent to the creation of downloadable PDF files summarizing your ancestry, educational, and professional background.
• Notifications: We may send Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) notifications to your device to alert you about new matches, direct messages, and admin updates. You can toggle notifications off in your settings.

The chat functionality within the Suthar Samanvaya app is provided strictly to discuss matrimonial alliances:

• Commercial solicitation (e.g., selling goods, jobs, real estate, financial services, or money transfers) is completely prohibited.
• Sharing spam links, phishing pages, or external URLs that could threaten other users' privacy is strictly monitored and flagged.
• Although our backend does not actively read individual user chats to preserve privacy, automated filter triggers run locally to flag abusive text patterns, profanities, and block evasion.

All photos, biodata files, and text responses must represent premium standards of respect and cultural norms:

• Photos: Uploaded profile pictures must contain clear, fully-clothed, and recognizable portraits of yourself. Uploading stock photos, landscape images, celebrities, cartoons, or inappropriate/vulgar content is strictly prohibited.
• Bio Text: The text fields (about me, family values, work details) must not contain hate speech, threat language, political statements, or promotional keywords.

To keep our matchmaking community safe, we have built a powerful report and block ecosystem:

• Instant Blocking: You can block any profile at any time. Once blocked, they will not be able to search for you, see your pictures, or send messages.
• Reporting Profiles: If you notice an profile which is duplicate, represents a minor, uses fake details, or acts abusively, you can flag the profile. Reported accounts will be thoroughly reviewed by our admin desk within 24 hours.

Suthar Samanvaya reserves the absolute right, in its sole discretion and without prior warning, to suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Receive multiple report flags from verified users.
• Provide falsified Gotra, age, or marital status credentials during signup.
• Use the Platform's chat windows for harassment or abuse.
• Violate any provision of these Terms & Conditions.

Terminated accounts will have their database parameters deleted, and their devices may be barred from registering subsequent profiles.

All software architectures, code configurations, UI designs, floating glass components, logos, PDF biodata design cards, brand structures, and digital layouts are the exclusive property of Suthar Samanvaya.

You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable, and revocable license to access our platform via our web channels and mobile apps. Any attempts to reverse-engineer our Android APK, scrape database profiles, copy the layout styling, or represent our brand without admin consent is strictly prohibited and subject to legal actions.

Suthar Samanvaya is a matchmaking platform designed to simplify connections within the Suthar community. You explicitly acknowledge and agree that:

• Facilitating Platform: Suthar Samanvaya is only an interactive matching medium. We are not responsible, legally or otherwise, for the success or failure of marriage outcomes, character assessments, or personal behaviors of verified profiles.
• Verification Scope: While we conduct manual checks, users must verify ancestral details, family backgrounds, job details, and character parameters independently before making any marital decisions.
• Indirect Damage: We are not liable for any losses, physical threats, emotional distress, or financial disputes resulting from interactions with matches met through our Platform.

We reserve the right to review, update, or revise these Terms & Conditions at our discretion. If we introduce modifications, we will update the date at the top of this page.

We may also issue announcements in the mobile application to notify you of critical policy adjustments. Continuing to use the Platform after updates are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised conditions.
